In 1987 Rod set up his own business as a Commercial Engraver and Acrylic Fabricator it was successful enough to purchase a property in the Wangara area of Perth, Western Australia, from there Wangara Trophies and Sublimation Graphic Printers was founded.

Rod’s background covers many years experience in:

In 1993 his son Liam aged 16 joined him full time. Liam had previously been working for his father before and after school for many years.

Liam has a background in:

• Computer Assembly
   
• Graphic Design
   
• Business Management

The businesses has gone from strength to strength developing the process of Sublimation in Western Australia to the sophisticated stage it is today, while also teaching other businesses the process at the same time. Sublimation is the art of printing photographic quality artwork on to special metals.
